Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Been Fine™, we believe in products that show up with the same energy we do—bold, resilient, and unapologetic. We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or defective, or if the item is significantly different than described, we’re here to help.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as size selection errors, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays caused by carriers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@beenfine.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and attach clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll work with our production partner to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We’ll do our best to support you in the process.
