The Blame Factory

A narcissist’s math always

adds up the same:

their mistakes minus

accountability,

multiplied by excuses,

equals your fault.

They don’t apologize —

they alibi.

They don’t reflect —

they redirect.

They don’t try to do better

— they point fingers.

And after a while, their

entire existence starts to

feel offensive.

Not because of one call,

one lie, one excuse,

but because the whole

performance is rigged

against the truth and

insulting to your

intelligence.

You can’t build love where

blame lives.

And you can’t reason with

someone whose only talent

is twisting the knife

then asking why you’re

bleeding.
