Definition:

That insecure energy that makes someone treat your private grind like it’s a competition they never qualified for. You didn’t even invite them to the race, but suddenly they’re out of breath trying to “one up” the moves you never even shared. Competes with shadows, brags about nothing, and still loses.

Breakdown:

Phantom (imaginary, ghostly) + Competitor (someone who thinks they’re in the game, but really just spectating their own delusions).
